Organization:
Usually,
the groups that I make are of four members. In each group, all students have an
assigned role.
Cooperative
Learning Technique 1:
Students
prepare each segment of the unit in different groups in order to explain the
rest of the classmates what they have studied and learned.
Task you
are going to work:
First of
all they will have to remember what they know about the graphic representations
of equations, also ask many questions about things they don't know about first
grade equations ( what the slopes and intercepts are, ect.), second grade
equations (vertix, opening of parables, direction, etc) coordinate axis
(quadrants, positives, negatives, point representation, etc)
Cooperative
Learning Technique 2:
A sheet of paper povided by teacher to work on the coordinates, they will have to know the informatics program geogebra, in case they don't they will have to look for information online of how to work with it.
Task you
are going to work:
Consists on working on the graphic representation of first grade equations (slope, intercepts and change of points modifications, etc).
